Aims

  1. To develop a sustainable healthcare system combining both allopathic and traditional medicine to serve the poor in the region of Yushu, Tibet.
  2. To address the underlying factors contributing to the high morbidity and mortality that exists in this area.
  3. To provide an opportunity for people to give to others in need, knowing that 100% of donations will be directly used to achieve these aims.
  4. To eventually make the Medical Center self-sustainable through relevant economic projects.
  5. In the future, to replicate this model elsewhere in Tibet.
